Dear Reader,
I’m writing to you from the depths of a cozy blanket as I ward off this week’s cold— which is impeccably timed with NYCC prep, Bad Blood shipping and two big deadlines…
September brought about some grand adventures, I finally got to visit Palm Springs and Joshua Tree— they have been on my bucket list for the longest time, the Mid-Century aesthetic was absolutely worth melting for! I also snuck in a trip to Mt. Rainer with my PNW family before RCCC, got to see my variant covers in a comic store for the first time, survived my first escape room— we started a cult after poisoning generations with off brand vitamins. AND I got to visit Club 33 at Disneyland— yes it was AMAZING, I’m still processing that I actually got to go!
October has already kicked off in a big way! Last week I ticked off a huge career goal and signed with a creative agency, I’m feeling very positive about this new path— more details below. You can also keep scrolling for NYCC info, my latest creative series, Bad Blood updates and new variant covers!
I’m off to pack Kickstarter rewards!

NYCC
I’ll be back for NYCC next week, I’m looking forward to that sweater weather!
This year I’m residing in artist alley at A-19 with Massive-Verse comic comps, some limited edition AP’s from Hero Complex Gallery as well as my latest collection of prints and pins. I’ll also be debuting Bad Blood at the show, both the decks of cards and art books will be available.
I’ll also be at the Massive-Verse meet up at Barcade in Chelsea on Fri October 18. Come and say hello to the team, and you can squeeze in a few arcade games whilst you are there!
Arthur Elias Creative
BIG career goal unlocked! Last week I got the win my creative soul has been searching for, I signed with Arthur Elias Creative! A huge career goal, one I’ve kept close to chest.
With a background in graphic design, I’ve always felt that my work would best suit more commercial projects. These types of jobs typically only come about via an agent or a well established network — which as of right now I don’t quite have.
For the last two years I’ve had the idea of an agent on my mind, but knowing my portfolio wasn’t really in a place to appeal to a commercial market I hesitated to apply. After seeing a friend of mine post a glowing review about AEC I thought I would throw my hat in the ring— worst case they say “try again soon”. The next morning I opened my inbox to a response from my application saying they would love to talk to me. Since then I’ve been working to build up my folio and last week I was officially added to the roster!
Feeling very grateful for these new beginnings. You can follow the agency newsletter here or check out their roster of talent folks here!
Bad Blood
I’ve begun packing Bad Blood rewards, I was hoping to have this finalized by Friday, however this cold has got the better of me and I’m predicting everything will be shipped by next Tuesday. Keep an eye on the Kickstarter for the most recent updates!
For everyone who didn’t get back the campaign, I’ll have pre-orders available in my store early November.

Postcards from L.A.
As many of you know, in 2023 I moved my life to Los Angeles in chase of a bigger bolder career path. Making the most of life has always been in my mantra, and L.A. Has a lot of life to offer! Over the last year and a half I’ve been exploring my little pocket of the world, inspiring this latest series Postcards from L.A.
The Hollywood Bowl has been one of the locations that never lined up with my travels, as a LOVER of art deco it has been on my bucket list since I first travelled to the USA in 2012! Last year my patience truly paid off and my first trip to The Bowl was a postponed (thanks covid) Matchbox 20 concert— I die! My long time favourite band playing this stunning venue I’ve always wanted to see. It was everything I hoped it would be, so much so that I’ve been back a number of times to see the LA Phil and for an incredible John Williams concert.
I’ll take any excuse for another summer night concert at this gorgeous location.
C.O.W.L. 1964
Continuing my C.O.W.L. 1964 B CVR series with Blaze. You can find issue #2 at your local comic book store now! I’ll also have some comps available at NYCC.
